Talking Maasai Women ... From Masai Mara with love ...
"The only sheep died of a woman who had nothing to eat for days...When I went to her house I saw her cutting some small piece of sheep to prepare to cook. "Where is rest of the sheep?" I asked her.
"I gave the rest of it to other women" she answered. Then I got very angry. Because she was the poorest in this area. "Why did you give everything when you have nothing" I asked her with anger.
"I cannot eat this sheep alone when my neighbors are sleeping hungry..."
"Shame after shame... Me... Among Maasai women living in Masai Mara... Me... Learning how to be true human being among hunger...!"
- Nasha (From my memoirs)
Analyze this... If you dare!
They are hungry, they are laughing!
You are full of food, you are crying!
They die of hunger...
You die of too much eating!
They have nothing and they find everyhting in this nothingness...
You have everyhting and you find nothing in this everything...
They have nothing, they love life, they are full of love, and respect...
You have everything, you hate life, you are full of anger and disrespect!...
Shame huh? Or sickness? Or ungratefulness?

Do you know me?
I am the oldest woman in the world. I have no name and no tomorrow.
I am a Maasai woman...
"We know how to live with nothing. Do you know how to live with everything?"
- Maasai mothers
"We are wishing so many beautiful women from all over the world will come and visit us... Share our life, share our stories, emotions, feelings and our hearts... as much as we want to share yours. And give a piece of your heart to us as much as we want to give to you. We shall take care of those pieces and put them together... It will be the biggest heart in the world... WOMEN'S HEART...!
Change your heart around you and be partners of our dreams and hopes."
- Maasai women from Masai Mara with love...
Morrans, morrans, morrans...
When they sing, dance and jump everybody forget us...
Where are those beautiful Maasai women who gave birth to morrans next to cattle? Where do they fit in?
Besides doing everything in Masai Mara with the Maasai, they forgot the most precious thing behind... No one thinks about them...
Those precious Maasai women, mothers, grandmothers and girls...
"How many times in my life, I have died while, I am still alive?
I lost two of my children to hunger. I am drinking water and watching them to die."
"And one day suddenly, I realized maybe I am woman and I know nothing about it. About my own self, my heart, my body, hopes, dreams, desires...they don't belong to me. And I always forget myself. How can I remember myself if, I don't have one. And at the end, I will never know if I have ever been a woman."
"We Maasai women, do we have anything to celebrate? Have many of our children go to higher education each year? What are the options and the choices we have for our children?"
"Come and learn what it means being a woman, being a Maasai woman among cattle, among traditions and among Maasai men in Masai Mara!"

"Dear, you were strong, I was not..."
